Mind

There is many research  in this area. How mind can help in healing our bodies. How visualization and meditation can a big impact in our healing process. How positive look on life can improve our health all together!

There is enough proves that positive  and optimistic look on life and determent mind can really have a big impact on our heath.
I used to be very pessimistic person. I always seen black in everything. My glass was always half empty never half full.I was always thinking how other people are more lucky, more rich, more blessed and I am not.

When I got diagnostic of my sickness then I was even worst. Sickness was just one prove that I am not just born with a lucky star. I just cannot be happy.

But somehow on the way I realized that it is not destiny, or God, or  bad Carma guilty for my life and my sickness. It was something else.  Sometimes some things just happened to us and it is not what happened to us important it is importation our reaction on that. If we always react on problems and bad stuff in our life with pessimistic attitude how something good should happened to us?
So I decided to try for some time to react on bad stuffs in my life from different corner. To learn something from that. To react with optimism and faith.My life transformed 180 degrees. I begin to breath and live my life. There is bad stuffs happening to me, but I am reacting on them different. I am not letting them to lead my life I am taking control!And somehow good stuffs started to happened as well.
And you know what I got than?That it would not be my sickness I would not get it.So on some strange way my sickness was my blessing!

Here there is one very inspired story as well ;

6. Anita Moorjani
In her book Dying To Be Me, Anita Moorjani tells the story of how she was dying of end stage Stage 4 lymphoma when she experienced the classic “white light” near death experience many have described. As she traveled to the other side, she was able to look down upon her loved ones, even though some of them were not in the same room with her. Her heart was filled with a feeling of profound unconditional love, and she was happy to be free of her dying, tumor-riddled body.
Then she was told that she had a choice. She could stay in the white light and die, or she could go back and share her story with others. She didn’t want to come back. Her body had been in so much pain, and her soul had been suffering. But she was told that if she came back, her cancer would be cured. She believed what she was told, and felt called to come back so she could share her experience.
Anita’s cancer was gone within several weeks. This all happened under the care of her bewildered doctors, who documented her spontaneous remission. Anita is now on the Hay House speaking circuit with me, spreading the message that death is nothing to fear. I will get to hug her this weekend at Hay House’s I Can Do It conference in Pasadena.
